A price is missing or looks wrong

Reframe around one tag, reduce glare, keep the currency symbol and nearby sale or tax wording visible, then try Freeze. A label can contain a pack price, unit price, member price, quantity, and points value at once.

Treat every result as an estimate. Price Tag FX cannot verify a store’s membership, coupon, tax, bundle, or register rules from an image.

A conversion is unavailable

Confirm that source and target currencies differ. Connect once and refresh the source-currency snapshot if the pair has never been cached. Previously downloaded covered pairs can be used offline, but stale data may differ from today’s checkout or card rate.

Restore a purchase

Open the access screen in Price Tag FX and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase. A 7-day or 30-day non-renewing pass restores only while its calculated access period remains active; lifetime access does not expire.

Prices, availability, refunds, and purchase history are handled by Apple. Never email a full payment credential or Apple Account password.

What to include in a support message

Tell us the app version, iOS version, iPhone model, selected source and target currencies, and steps that reproduce the issue. Describe the label layout in general terms.

Do not send a photo, OCR text, exact price, receipt, location, or other shopping details unless you knowingly choose to attach them and they are necessary for your request.
